Con gran pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Ángel David Merlos Perdomo, cariñosamente conocido como David. Nacido el 24 de febrero de 2005, David partió prematuramente, partiendo a los 20 años el 18 de marzo de 2025. Su prematura y repentina partida dejó un profundo vacío en la vida de quienes lo conocieron.

David fue una figura brillante, distinguido no solo por su memorable personalidad, sino también por su inquebrantable determinación y ética de trabajo. Trabajador incansable, se ganó la admiración de todos sus clientes, quienes elogiaron constantemente la calidad y dedicación de su esfuerzo. Fue esta diligencia la que lo convirtió en un joven orgulloso, responsable y motivado; dio pasos importantes hacia la edad adulta, trabajando de forma independiente para mantenerse y conseguir su residencia.

Tan solo un mes antes de su fallecimiento, David había alcanzado un hito increíble: mudarse a su propia casa. Con entusiasmo, comenzaba a amueblar su nuevo hogar, símbolo de su independencia y testimonio de su espíritu incansable. Su sueño de forjarse una vida se estaba haciendo realidad, un sueño acariciado y perseguido con fervor.

La familia era fundamental para David. Fue profundamente querido y le sobreviven su devota madre, Rubí, su padre, Ángel, así como sus hermanos, hermanas y una amplia red de hermanos, tíos y tías residentes en Honduras. Cada miembro de su familia guarda recuerdos de él que perdurarán para siempre, y el legado que deja está marcado por el amor y la resiliencia.

La naturaleza extrovertida de David atraía a la gente, y su espíritu vibrante siempre será recordado con cariño. Tenía una notable capacidad para animar a quienes lo rodeaban, llevando alegría y risas dondequiera que iba. Un servicio conmemorativo en honor a la vida de David se llevará a cabo el 22 de marzo de 2025 en la Funeraria Stephenson & Gaskin en Matthews, Carolina del Norte. Se invita a familiares y amigos a reunirse y celebrar los hermosos momentos compartidos con él a partir de las 10:00 a. m. El servicio comenzará a las 11:00 a. m.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angel David Merlos Perdomo, affectionately known as David. Born on February 24, 2005, David left this world too soon, departing at the age of 20 on March 18, 2025. His untimely and sudden departure has left a profound void in the lives of all who knew him.

David was a shining light, distinguished not only by his memorable personality but also by his unwavering determination and work ethic. A very hard worker, he earned the admiration of all his clients, who consistently praised the quality and dedication of his efforts. It was this diligence that made him a proud young man, responsible and motivated; he had taken significant steps towards adulthood, working independently to support himself and secure his residency.

Just a month before his passing, David had achieved an incredible milestone—moving into his own place. He was excitedly beginning to furnish his new home, a symbol of his independence and a testament to his relentless spirit. His dream of carving out a life for himself was becoming a reality, a dream cherished and pursued with fervor.

Family was at the heart of David’s world. He was deeply loved and is survived by his devoted mother, Rubi, his father, Angel, as well as his brothers, sisters, and a wide network of siblings, uncles, and aunts residing in Honduras. Each member of his family carries memories of him that will endure forever, and the legacy he leaves behind is one marked by love and resilience.

David’s outgoing nature drew people to him, and his vibrant spirit will always be remembered fondly. He had a remarkable ability to uplift those around him, bringing joy and laughter wherever he went. The memories of his laughter, his determination, and his kindness will forever be etched in the hearts of his loved ones.

A memorial service to honor David's life will be held on March 22, 2025, at Stephenson & Gaskin Funeral Services in Matthews, NC. Friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate the beautiful moments shared with him from 10:00 AM, with the service commencing at 11:00 AM.
