Clifford Theodore "Cliff" Evans

Clifford Theodore "Cliff" Evans, 73, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord Friday morning, December 16, 2011, while at home in the loving care of his wife, Pat. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Joshua Maptstead. Cliff's immediate family, in addition to his wife, pat, includes his mother, Dorothy Hartman of Pueblo, CO; his son, Lewis Evans, of Plano, TX; his daughter, Laura Mapstead, and her husband, Robert, of Charlotte; his sister, Esther Shaw Best of Pueblo, CO; grandchildren, Savana, Adam, and London Evans of Plano, TX, and Noelle and Victoria Mapstead of Charlotte. The family prefers, in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made in Cliff's name to his church, Candlewyck Baptist Church.
