Dale P. Foard

Delcenia Payseur "Dale" Foard, 85, formerly of Charlotte, passed away peacefully April 8, 2014, with her devoted husband and family by her side. Dale was a generous and loving individual. The most important things in life to her included the simplicity of working in the yard beside her husband to looking forward to visits from family at their mountain home (and truly being disappointed upon their departure). Of course there was the energetic and adventuresome side of Dale who always looked forward to shopping! Her immediate family includes her husband, Renzy Foard; children, Wayne Husband (Diane), Barbara Stophel, Alan Husband (Andrea), Ronald Husband (Teresa); step daughters, Gwen McLachlan (Robert), Lou Ann Johnson (Chet), and Candace Burton; her brother, Johnny Payseur (Erica); 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. -
