Dorothy Patricia Fenimore "Skippy" Rand, 80, of Charlotte, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday afternoon, August 29, 2012. Her immediate family includes her husband, Joseph L. Rand, of Charlotte; her daughters, Susan Hunt, and husband Bobby, of Raleigh, NC and Tara Rowland, and husband, Richard, of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Andrew Hunt, Zachary Hunt, Jessie Elizabeth Hunt, Ashlie Rowland, Thomas Rowland, and Steven Rowland. -
