Evelyn Maureen May

Evelyn Maureen May, 80, a part of the JAARS community in Waxhaw, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday morning, August 11, 2012, while in the loving care of the staff at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband Alan May this past Spring. Evelyn was born in West Suffolk, England, and following a mission's career with her husband, Alan, retired to the JAARS community in Waxhaw several years ago. She was a very loving and caring person and possessed the true gift of hospitality. Her immediate family includes two sons, Mark Alan May, and Stuart Andrew May; and six, very special, grandchildren, Joshua May, Rebekah Nicely, Moriah May, Aubrey Nicely, Gavin Nicely, and Caleb May.
