In loving memory of Gail Doris (Goulet) Kuiper

Gail was born on November 3, 1951, in Barre, Vermont, to her parents Arthur and Katie (Carpenter) Goulet. She peacefully passed away surrounded by family on May 25, 2024.

Gail pursued a fulfilling career as a Licensed Practical Nurse after earning her Degree from Nursing School in Hartford, CT, following her high school education in Newington, CT. She enjoyed living in Florida until the passing of her beloved husband Mark Kuiper, with whom she shared 40 beautiful years.

Throughout her life, Gail was known for her good sense of humor and love for laughter. She was a huge animal lover and shared her home with several dogs and cats over the years. Gail also enjoyed playing cards, solving puzzles, and cheering on the Florida Gators.

Gail will be deeply missed by her surviving family and friends, including her sisters Linda Clark of Kent, PA, and Rita Maul of Indian Trail, NC as well as many nieces and nephews. She is now reunited with her father Arthur Goulet, mother Katie (Carpenter) Goulet, husband Mark Kuiper, brothers Roland Goulet, Arthur Goulet, Herbert Goulet, sister Katherine Lloyd,

In honoring the memory of Gail, let us cherish the moments shared with her and celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and kindness. May she rest in eternal peace.

A special thank you to Leah Maul for her help and guidance in caring for Gail.
