[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hilda Hostetler, 89, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord on May 19, 2021.
Hilda was born on January 20th, 1932 to her parents, Wattie Durham Pait and Mary Maggie Butler Pait. Born and raised in Bladenboro, she had a successful career with Bank of America for 25 years and raised four children in Charlotte. Hilda was a caring mother who loved talking about her family and introducing them to everyone she met, whether at church or at the old Sunrise Restaurant. She never forgot a birthday or anniversary, and always made sure that everyone around her had snacks and was comfortable. She’ll be fondly remembered for her notes on leftovers, calling back with one more thing to tell you about, and her updates on the latest news.
Hilda is survived by her sister Mercile Hester; her sons, Terry and Eddie; her grandchildren, Michael Hostetler, Amber Cunningham, and Ginger Nance; and two great grandchildren, Krew and Hendrix Hostetler. She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Clyde, Frank, Troy, Laura, Allie, Cuba, and Myrtle; her son, Barry Gene Hostetler; and her daughter, Angela Kay Lamont.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row]
