James Ray Wilson

James Ray Wilson, 56, of Charlotte was called to be with the Lord on Sunday January 23, 2011. He passed away at home surrounded by loved ones. James was a wonderful, loving husband, son, brother, father, and friend. His immediate family includes his loving wife Marsha of 32 years; his mother Ruby Wilson Rowe; daughters Tiffany Wilson, Amber Fields and husband Arthur; son James Starnes and wife Maryellen; brother, Ray Wilson; and five beautiful grandchildren Nicholas, Ashlyn, Trenton (Nunu), Austin, and Preston; three sisters Doris White, Nancy Phillips and husband Dale, Mary Therrell and husband Evan. We would also like to send a special thanks to his stepsister Lennee' Rowe who was his Hospice nurse, Dr. Richard Faulke and Dr. Carmine Dalto, and all his family at Passtime and Arnolds who expressed encouraging words, prayers, and laughter throughout his sickness.
