Laura Harrison Adams

Laura Ann Harrison Adams, 87, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 21, 2020. Laura Ann was born November, 18, 1932 in Trenton, SC. Daughter of the late Edmund Franks Harrison and Beatrice Knight Harrison of Trenton, SC, Laura Ann was married to her husband Burnside for fifty three years. 
Laura Ann graduated from Trenton High School and attended The University of South Carolina and Columbia College. Laura Ann attended Sharon United Methodist Church since 1969. Laura Ann and Burnside loved going to Cherry Grove Beach over the years enjoying their beach house with the family. She loved playing bridge with her lifelong friends and maintaining her beautiful flower garden and back porch. She was never one to miss socializing and enjoying time well spent with her friends and family. She was a gracious and lovely person who never met a stranger. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. 
Laura Ann is preceded in death by her husband George Burnside Adams, daughter Carolyn Elizabeth Davis, and sisters Frances Harrison Clark and Helen Harrison Holmes. She is survived by her daughters Laura Jane Wright (Ernie), and Bebe Wagner; Sister Eddie Boatwright; grandchildren Michael Wright, Emily Wright, Patrick Davis, Kelsey Wagner Martin, Amanda Wagner; great grandchildren Tyler Wright, Hannah Wright, Harrison Martin and Owen Martin and lifelong friend Jennie Boatwright. 
A graveside service will be held on July 11 at 1:00at Ebenezer Church Cemetery, Trenton, South Carolina.
