Linda Sue Christensen, 67, of Monroe, passed away Friday evening, March 25, 2011. She was born June 27, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Robert Carl Hinkle and Merle Margaret Strait Hinkle. Her immediate family includes her husband, Thomas Christensen of Monroe; her son, Don Hinkle of Weddington; three step-children, William Christensen of Atlanta, Georgia, Steven Christensen of Hanoi, Vietnam, and Paula Christensen of Palm Harbor, Florida; her brother, William Hinkle of Arizona; six grandchildren.
