Madaline W. Cesario

Madaline Watt Cesario, 89, of Charlotte, passed away October 5, 2014. She was born December 15, 1924 in Red Oak, Iowa; daughter of Russell Watt and Ruth Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, B.A. Cesario, son, Douglas, and brother, John Watt. She retired from Southern Bell after 20 years of service. Madaline is survived by two sons, Larry of Salisbury, Gregory and wife Marla of Matthews, daughter Christine of Charlotte, the special love of her life along with granddaughters Angela and Donna, grandson's Craig (wife Stephanie), Andy (wife Jennifer), Kenny (wife Ashley) and Christopher, great granddaughters Madison, Kenly, Avery and great grandson Braden. Mother was a proud member of both Assumption and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic parishes since moving to Charlotte in 1946 in addition to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salisbury. Mother loved the Lord and her blessed children more than anything. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice & Palliative Care of Charlotte Region. -
