Neil N. Krewson

Neil Norman Krewson, 84, of Charlotte, passed away June 11, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family. Born October 12, 1928, in Johnson City, New York, he was the son of the late Hugh Krewson and Ruth Vaughn Krewson. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Krewson. A loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Neil loved Jesus and was so grateful for the wonderful life He allowed him to have; far greater than he would have hoped. Neil was president of his Sunday school class and was a true shepherd to them. He prayed for, visited with, and assisted the members of his class in any way he could. He was always selfless, ready to help others, and not wanting anything in return. He passes on a legacy to his family that includes the importance of a true love for Jesus. This Love was expressed through his life by a dedication to pure Christian service. Immediate family members include his children, Robert Krewson and his wife, Linda, Richard Krewson and his wife, Sherri, Kathy Bowers and her husband, John, and Cynthia Sherrill and her husband, Todd; ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
