Philomena Elizabeth Wilber, 90, a native of Charlotte, NC passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019. She is survived by her children, Robert Bruce Wilber, James Allen Wilber(Donna) and two grandchildren, Christopher James Wilber and Kathryn Elizabeth Wilber. She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Dean Wilber.
