Ted Belk

Ted Belk, 79 of Mint Hill, NC went to be with the Lord on October 20, 2020.  He leaves behind his wife, Patricia of 57 years; their two children, Angie(Lee) Benton and Kristy(Jim) Shook; six grandchildren, Lauren, Madison, Morgan, Matthew, Ashley and Justin; and seven great grandchildren, Brooke, Bella, Jaxson, Claire, Michelle, Jase and Addie.  
Ted was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many.  He was a devoted member, deacon and Sunday school teacher at Faith Baptist Church of Mint Hill, NC for 38 years.  Ted loved his family, the Lord, the word of God and was an avid hunter.
Not only was 1 Corinthians 15:58 his life verse, he also lived his life according to this verse.  Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
