Tracy Alexander was born on November 23, 1969 in Fairport, NY and met her future husband, Brian in Rochester, NY while she was finishing up her undergrad. They were married on June 1st, 1996.
In addition to Brian, Tracy is survived by her four children, Kenneth, Matthew, Jordan and Luke; parents, Roy and Kathryn Wolf; in-laws, William and Rachel Alexander; brother, Eric Wolf, his wife, Sandra and their three children, Kyle, Jacob and Michael; sister, Sheryl Grelewicz, her husband, Greg and their son, Joshua; brothers in-law, Bill and Michael Alexander, as well as other aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends.
Tracy attended Monroe Community College and then graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland before meeting Brian. They came to Christ together, raised four children together, and were committed to accomplishing the will of the Lord together. Tracy took on the daunting task of home-schooling four kids, and she exceeded in doing so. She was steadfast in teaching her children to have an authentic relationship with the Lord. Tracy spent countless hours in prayer for her friends and family, and she was always reaching out to see how she could bless someone’s life. She loved the Lord and made sure to tell everyone that she came in contact with. I am sure that there are people here today who know Jesus through the life of Tracy Alexander.
On October 10, 2021, we found out that there was a battle going on within Tracy’s body. She was diagnosed with Leukemia and the doctors began treatment immediately. Every day that she was in the hospital she made an effort to tell nurses, doctors, and visitors who she was and who the Lord is whom she served. While she was in the midst of suffering, she was all the while worshipping the sweet name of Jesus Christ. She lost her battle on October 19th, 2021, and she went to be with her Father in Heaven.
Tracy was an amazing wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. We have so many fond memories that she left behind. As we grieve, we remember her servant-like heart, her faithfulness, and her steadfast love. However, we still have hope as believers that we will get to see her again, to play cards, to go to the beach, and to dance with her again. Until then, we will remember her character and her Christ-like image as we celebrate the sweet and beautiful life of Tracy Alexander.
