William Shaun Gibson

William Shaun Gibson, 54, of Fairview, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 3, 2022.
Shaun went to Piedmont High School and graduated with the class of 1986 and He made life long friends in the process. Shaun was with the Hemby Bridge Fire Department for many years and enjoyed the medical field. Shaun was ready to help people in need. Shaun went to work for SEFA as a truck driver and loved who he worked with and what he did. When Shaun wasn’t taking care of others he was enjoying so many other things in life. He was apart of a civil war reenactment family and made many memorable friends. Shaun was also apart the mens group at Hopewell Baptist Church. He would do outreach ministry with the group in the local community. They would also take many memorable trips to the beach together. He was a Mason and proud to be one too. Shaun like routing for his favorite MLB team the Atlanta Braves and his favorite NFL team the Carolina Panthers. He enjoyed camping fishing and being outside to capture God’s creation. At home Shaun was bee keeping and raising chickens. Shaun will be missed by so many people because Shaun poured himself into others.
